Yes. Monthly Solo and Team memberships start with a 14-day free trial, one per account. You enter a card at secure checkout; cancel before the trial ends from the billing portal and you will not be charged. Yearly memberships and Studio are billed from the start.
Yes — that is the point. Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and GIF images up to 25 MB and 100 megapixels, as well as video, audio, 3D models and PDFs. Large videos are compressed in your browser before they upload, or split into shots; the original on your disk is untouched.
Each file you upload is one asset: a still, a video shot, a PDF. Galleries, shares and embeds do not count, so arranging the same asset in ten galleries still counts once.
Yes. Upgrade from Settings → Membership at any time. The change is immediate and billing is prorated; your library comes with you.
No. On Team and Studio, members share the team's galleries and assets only. Personal libraries stay private to the person who uploaded them.
The yearly price is paid upfront for twelve months, with a 20% saving against twelve monthly payments. CAD, USD and EUR are fixed price lists, not live conversions. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and your library stays open until then. Download anything you want to keep — originals, one at a time or as a zip, with no export fee.
